GAIL'S CRACKER-JACK CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1/2 cup honey

1 cup crushed Cracker Jacks 

1- five oz chicken breast (Sliced into 5 strips)

Put Cracker Jack mix into Food Processor and chop for 7 - 10 seconds. Pour onto a dish.

Pour honey into a dish and coat chicken strips. Then roll chicken strips in Cracker Jack mix.

Bake on 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Cracker Jack Chicken may be eaten warm or cold. When serving, dish a 1/2 cup of Coconut Greek Yogurt into a dipping container. 

Dip, eat, and enjoy!
